Exchange & Shipping Policy
IF YOU DON'T LOVE IT EXCHANGE IT! If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase please feel free to reach out to us so we can take care of you.
We offer an exchange within 14 days of purchase and receipt of delivery. Just send it back to us and we'll ship the exchange free of charge. Store Credit is offered for in-store or online purchases and valid for 30 days. Please contact us and a LLB team member will assist you within 3 business days to begin the exchange process. Please be sure the garment(s) is unworn with the tags still attached. Worn garments and garments missing tags will not be issued an exchange or store credit and returned to the recipient, at the recipients cost, as a final sale.
-Footwear is exchangeable without visible wear and tear, tread markings and in the original box.
-Accessories (jewelry, scarves, belts etc.), Flash Sale, Sale and Clearance items are final sales.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Holidays and weekends are not business days however we do try to ship out orders quickly. Shipping is a flat rate of $5 per order unless we are offering Free Shipping.
Once USPS picks up and scans your item we are no longer responsible for delays in shipping, lost or damaged packages. If you have any issues with your order once it has been shipped please contact your local USPS office for assistance.
