Exchange & Shipping Policy
IF YOU DON'T LOVE IT EXCHANGE IT! If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase please feel free to reach out to us so we can take care of you.
Lew Lew Belle gladly accepts returns for store credit or exchanges of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise within 14 days of purchase and receipt of delivery. Just send it back to us with your receipt and and we'll ship the exchange free of charge. Store Credit is offered for in-store or online purchases and valid for 30 days. Please contact us and a LLB team member will assist you within 3 business days to begin the exchange process.
Please note that all handbags and accessories (jewelry, hats, scarves, belts etc.), Flash Sale, Sale and Clearance items are final sales. No exceptions will be made.
Please email us within the allotted 14 days explaining why you'd like to start an exchange/store credit return with your name, order number, and item name included.
There are absolutely no exceptions to the above return and refund rules. If you simply ship back the items without notifying us, or not in the above mentioned conditions or time frames, be advised that you will not receive store credit or exchange.
- Shipping is $6.50 flat rate per day
- Orders are processed and shipped out within 1-3 business days (Holidays and weekends are not business days, however we do ship out orders quickly.)
- FREE local pickup is available! If local, please select local pickup at checkout
Please note that we do offer Route Shipping Protection at checkout. If you choose not to purchase, once USPS picks up and scans your item we are no longer responsible for delays in shipping, lost or damaged packages. If you have any issues with your order once it has been shipped please contact your local USPS office for assistance.
Lew Lew Belle is NOT responsible for:
- Delays with USPS, UPS, FedEx shipping
- Once your package is scanned by USPS, UPS, or FedEx , Lew Lew Belle is no longer responsible in the event your package is lost, damaged, etc.
- International Duties or Customs charges
- Products that are lost or damaged in the mail. The US Postal Service or UPS will be responsible once we ship the packages, please contact your local office ASAP.
- Products marked delivered by the Post Office. You will need to contact your local Post Office to obtain information regarding your package

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:
- It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We do however understand mistakes happen, and we will try our best to help, so please make sure to send us an email ASAP at firstname.lastname@example.org or DM us on Facebook. If your order has not yet shipped, we are more than happy to update it. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address.
DEFECTS OR PROBLEMS WITH YOUR ORDER?
- If you have received an item with any problems or defects, please contact us within 14 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 14 days of receiving the item, then it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage / defect with your email.
- We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or washing, handling, damages from mailing, or incorrect purchased sizing.
- Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor / outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.
